Thirteen Hundred 13 x 100 = 1300 it´s the same as One Thousand three hundred

man, these are kinds of abreviations... or like we all say in spanish "modisms"... this type of things you will learn them living in places where english is the first language...

the number you are saying would be one hundred thousand... or like most people say one hundred grands... bye
