Pues sí ya salió la nueva versión de este juegazo!!. Ahora viene con un POV más GRANDEEE!!, es más fácil de distinguir, jeje... Los gráficos me parecen los mismos, aunque los ojos de los tipos son un poco más reales, pero aun sin vida, por otro lado, le han agregado el efecto de raspado al hielo cuando un jugado frena o hace un giro fuerte (nice touch). El sonido de los patines raspando el hielo lo siento más real, además tienes la posibilidad de eliminar ese sonido (hay usuarios que les molesta ese sonido jeje).

a.) Memory requirements in Windows
NHL®06 requires a minimum of 256MB of RAM to run the game

Note: The more system memory available, the better the game will
perform in all areas.

b.) Running the game under stressful Windows conditions
At Electronic Arts we strive to bring you the best in graphics,
audio and gameplay. We are always pushing the envelope of computer
performance. While we have made every effort to ensure that NHL®06
multi-tasks with all Windows applications, we recommend that you shut
down other applications (including virus scanners) and run NHL®06 by
itself when possible.

c.) Virtual memory
We recommend that you let your operating system automatically manage
the amount of virtual memory.

NHL®06 Supports the following Video Chipsets:

ATI Radeon 7500 (64MB) Series, ATI Radeon 8500, ATI Radeon 9000 series,
ATI Radeon (x600, x700, x800) series.
NVIDIA GeForce 2 (GTS, Ultra), NVIDIA GeForce 3, NVIDIA GeForce 4 (MX,Ti),
NVIDIA GeForce FX series, NVIDIA GeForce 6000 series.
Intel i865 (performance issues have been noted during testing), and
Intel 915.

(*Note: Support also depends on OS)

*Note: It is recommended that you update your video card drivers
to the most recent released by the manufacturer. DirectX 9.0c is
required to run the game and is included on the NHL®06 game CD.

During testing, some video cards using the
Geforce2 GTS and Geforce4 MX series chipsets had problems running
the game with driver versions lower then 61.76.
It is highly recommended to use the newest drivers from NVidia
with these chipsets.

The NVIDIA GeForce 2 MX, NVIDIA nForce1, and NVIDIA nForce2 are
not supported by NHL®06

CONTROLLER ISSUES

Joystick Calibration:
In order for your joystick to work properly in NHL®06, you must
install and calibrate it in Windows. To install or calibrate your
joystick in Windows, access the Control Panel, and launch the
Game Controllers applet.

Note that some gaming devices use their own applets or software for
installation and calibration.

NHL®06 recommends the Logitech Dual Action controller. This
controller will give access to all the gameplay features.
