I've had a SonyEricsson k700i for the last few months, and it's by far the best cell I've ever owned, great gadgets like mp3, video recording,animated themes, java 3d, FM radio and VGA camera... Great wireless connectivity, IrDA, and a fully functional bluetooth. ..... Ahh and its signal reception is really awesome!.
Unfortunately there are only 41 Mb available, so the lack of memory could be a problem if you are expecting to use it as an MP3 player... But for me it's not a big deal, I have my favourite songs storaged in the phone (like 20 of them,I'm not pretending to use it as an iPod :P), lots of java3d games, some videoclips, and animated themes and I still have available space...

So I really recomend this great phone....I'm sure you won't regret.....

I don't want to use the K700 since the K750 is out and has a great camera... Anyways, I don't have the money right now for a K7xx... so I better stick to my K300 although I miss the big screens of the K700 series.

here on christmas ive just bought a Motorola C155, its a nice cellphone... and also another to my collection haha... its nice.. not the percect screen, but a good one if its at this price, has also 300k of memory with 5 wallpapers, 4 screensavers and also 20 ringtones, all polyphonic, its a good cellphone for me..

Well, currently I own a k300i. Since it plays mp3 and 3d games, records video and takes nice pics, I'm quite happy with it. A lot of features for an entry level phone.=)
I'm looking forward to getting a k750, but it's still out of my league...:(

A friend of mine is coming back from Chicago next year and I'm planning to have him bring it (without shipping cost)...as well as my xbox...>D

the k300 is the accesible phone nowdays... is pretty good in terms of quality/price..... although i'd be great a se walkman...... i gotta wait at least one year to be able to afford one of those!.....lol

I love clamshell cellphones, they're so cool, one of my favorites (for design) is the Nokia 6101, what a shame it has an external antenna though. I have a Samsung X486 (viventi) due to my short budget, and it doesn't have a lot of features but hey, as long as I can call, send text msgs, have good signal and add some wallpapers and ringtones, I'm a happy man.

Well, it's up to your needs .... but it'd be good to know what's your current mobile to have a better idea of how good this change could be.

The lack of available memory of the C261 is a very weak point.. There are only 1.2 MB available to the user, and takin' into account that it can play mp3 files as ringtones, it doesn't make much sense 'cause it could barely storage few music files...

The menus are very known for motorola users, it's basically the same interface used in other phones, and it's quite simple and friendly to the user.

The main screen resolution is acceptable, this model is built-in with a standard VGA camera ...
Connectivity is very limited, there's no IrDA or Bluetooth support which makes complicated transfering files to other devices.

I've just realized we had an english forum! That's so cool. Well, I also love cell phones and my favorite brand is Sony, of course. Now I'm saving some money cuz I wanna buy a P990 Smartphone. It's kinda creamy, so I'll have to avoid wasting my salary on useless stuff if I really wanna get it. I strongly recommend SE fones for those people who are fond of technology and a good design. Right now I have SE Z600, Motorola C261 and Alcatel OT-159A , I know all of them are not great mobiles but at least they work... Z600 is a good one but is pretty slow.

The best cell phone is the Black Berry. I'm currently using an old nokia which they are pretty good. However the applications of Black Berry are so useful when you're on the run... I can't wait to get one!
