Se me ocurre que el celular necesite que le activen la opcion de bluetooth a menos que venga activada de fábrica...

claro debes ir a herramientas o configuracion del motorola donde dice conexiones ahi esta bluetooth le das a donde dice encuentrame y el celular estara detectable por 60 segundos
