¿Cuál es el mejor programa para medir la temperatura del PC?

Hola quisiera saber cuál es el mejor programa para medir la temperatura del cpu y motherboard, actualmente tengo el MBM5 y he probado el everest pero este me daba una temperatura y cuando abria el MBM5 entonces cambiaba la temperatura y las rpm del fan por eso lo desinstale. ¿cuál me recomiendan?
 
1 - Speed Fan

2 - Everest

En ese orden tengo mis preferencias. Aunque pare revisar de vez en cuando con consultar la confiiguración de la BIOS es suficiente.
 
Ando buscando uno que sea bueno porque tenia tanto everest como mbm5 y cuando iniciaba el everest media mi procesador en 46°c pero entonces iniciaba el mbm5 y este media la temp en 72° entonces el everest cambiaba y colocaba la temp igual a la del mbm5 entonces no se cual es la temperatura real voy a ver si me bajo el speedfan y lo pruebo a ver que tal

Amigo pruebe el SpeedFan, o pruebe tambien con Core Temp.
