Skills Essential • Proven track record selling complex enterprise software • Can offer unique perspectives on the value of BPM software and assert and control a selling cycle within a large enterprise • Can identify customer value drivers and economic drivers • Can professionally drive customer decisions and commitment with extended and often political sales cycles • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment. • Exceptional listening, verbal, presentation, organisational and written communication skills. • Attention to detail, creative and able to establish credibility with prospects • Versant in CRM and highly disciplined to use • Understands the value of time and manages this with high disciplined • Highly energetic and self-starter • Team player essential • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills • Able to multi-task activities and adapt priorities and behaviours as Bizagi evolves • High integrity absolutely essential Preferred • Foreign languages – Spanish, French or German a distinct advantage Knowledge Essential • Sales experience within the BPM or Enterprise Software marketplace ideally
