The Commercial Platform Reporting and BI Specialist role is focused on design, create and improve dashboards and/or reports in order to guarantee information availability and agility in decision making. Commercial Platform Reporting and BI Specialist work with stakeholders information needs to provide solutions based on the best practices for the component applications, helping the company to reach their goal. Commercial Platform Reporting and BI Specialist should assist in the design, implementation and validation of the solutions with stakeholders and the creation of content for the training/support of end users to understand/using the best way to use the reports. Investigate about industry’s best practices and propose processes technological improvements in order to promote business agility, technological innovation and collaboration by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams
