El problema no es de ellos, probablemente el problema está del lado de su servidor
si logra obtener los datos del dueño de la moto, yo le ayudo con la denuncia.
Lo que he visto hasta el momento es que con esa matrícula figura vehículo oficial, pero que circula en Barranquilla, puede que sea matrícula falsa o hay gato encerrado.
La denuncia se hace con los datos que aparecen en la tarjeta y se denuncia a persona indeterminada o a todos los que resulten responsables.
Pero la basura que llega siempre es con los datos que cité anteriormente

Ellos están pudiendo enviar datos a su formulario de contacto sin su consentimiento... por esa razón el problema debe estar es en su servidor, o está mal implementado el captcha, o se está validando mal o no está usando un captcha confiable...

Bueno, el sabado tuve mi primera llamada de un "señor" llorando diciendo "Papi, me accidente", solo repetia lo mismo, como tenia a mis hijos al lado no me preocupe y lo unico que me limite a contestar fue con quien hablaba, hasta que se canso y colgo.

También me llegaban de diferentes números, los mande a lista negra del antivirus y hasta el día de hoy no han llegado más.
Entre a su cuenta de facebook y en settings puede ver los emails que FB le ha enviado:
Settings / Settings & Privacy / Settings / Password & Security / Advanced
Si el email está ahí es verdadero.
Facebookmail.com si le pertenece a FB pero esos email normalmente son scams y tienen el email spoofeado o algo asi.

Te recomiendo tambien que verifiques que numero de telefono tienes vinculado a tu cuenta.
