Hola soy nuevo en este tema y por sobretodo en el foro...

Tengo la siguiente duda... eh instalado el sistema OCSInventory en un equipo en linux Debian, creo haber seguido como 3 veces los paso de la instalacion "MANUAL EN MANO"...

El problema que tengo que no me hace conexion las maquinas de windows al sistema... se que puedo instalar el sistema por windows pero quiero despues hacer coneciones con el GLPI que ya esta corriendo en el servidor.

Alguien sabe algo... le aplique las alternativas que aparecen en el wiki pero no pasa nada:'(...

Me puede mostras la pagina q ud sigio para configurarlo. Seguramente hay alguna configuracion o alguna topologia q no aplica.
 
Revisa la version que tienes del software que se instala en los equipos cliente; tambien debes tener en cuenta las configuraciones del paquete al momento de instalarlo.
 
Quisiera que por favor me ayudaran, tengo instalado el software XAMPP + OCSInventrory y parece ser que funciona correctamente:

Puedo acceder al panel de control a través del navegador introduciendo la URL en la barra de direcciones

Pero he intentado sincronizar el agente y no hay manera, he mirado todos los videos de youtube y los manuales que hay por la red y no soy capaz de conectar el agente al servidor. Si fueran tan amables de decirme que es lo que hago mal se lo agradecería eternamente.

Y una última pregunta, quisiera saber si ¿es posible instalar en un hosting (por ejemplo 1and1) el software OCS Inventory Server y sincronizarlo con GLPI para poder llevar el inventario de una oficina externa?

También he probado introduciendo la dirección del servidor en este formato:

http://192.168.0.100:80/ocsreports

http://nombre_del_servidor/ocsreports

http://nombre_del_servidor:80/ocsreports

También he probado sin poner delante "http://" y nada no hay manera.

El cortafuegos está desactivado y si hago un ping los equipos se ven.

dholbach, lograste hacer la instalación en un hosting? Yo también quiero hacer la implementacion en un hosting pero no se si es posible y de serlo quisiera saber como hacerlo.
