Hola! tengo unas dudas: ¿Los productos usados y refurbished que venden en amazon se pueden traer?¿que tipo de impuestos se les aplican? y ¿proteínas se pueden traer?

Wilder para saber que numero de guia tiene mi pedido, ya realize el pago y me lo confirmaste pero no veo el numero de guia para el tracking ni he recibido retroalimetnacion del pedido !

Me pueden ayudar con esto: ¿que formato puedo utilizar para reclamar los impuestos de Amazon de las compras que he traído a Colombia con Pedidos a USA?

Envíe a Amazon toda la información de las ordenes junto con la alerta de Pedidos a USA donde esta toda la información del envío en PDF, pero me contestaron lo siguiente:

To process a refund of the tax, we will need a copy of the Bill of Lading or Air Waybill that evidences the delivery destination. Please contact the Freight Forwarder, and they will be able to provide you with the appropriate documentation. This is as per the clarification we received from the taxing jurisdiction regarding the documentation requirements for tax refunds on items delivered to a Freight Forwarder for export outside of the United States.

Kindly note that the following documents CANNOT be accepted to process the tax refund:

- Screenshots of tracking information on carrier website

- Shipment confirmation emails received from freight forwarder

- Pictures of the labels on the shipment box.

No creo que sirva el recibo de Servientrega porque en este aparece como envío desde Bogota a Medellin.

Buen dia, esa solicitud debe hacer por medio de www.pedidosausa.com usando el mismo ticket por medio del cual se le reportaron y despacharon los articulos sobre los que requiere el Air Waybill, saludos.
