Recomendacion PC Gamer presupuesto aproximado 3-3.5

Buenas tardes, tenia pensado montar un PC gamer tengo presupuesto aproximado de 3-3.500, la idea seria hacerlo basado en intel( tampoco hay problema con recomendaciones AMD), si me podrian recomendar con componentes para un optimo precio / funcion, la idea seria solo torre(board,disco duro, ram, tarjeta de video, fuente de poder, procesador, chasis) o alguna opcion torre + monitor, de antemano muchas gracias.
 
Buenas noches, sería bueno especificar ciertos puntos para que lo puedan guiar mejor.

Incluye monitor y periféricos como el sonido ?
Es necesaria la licencia del SO?
Las partes las quiere con garantía local o prefiere importar?
Piensa hacer OC a futuro (stock, AIO RL o Custom RL)
Quiere todo nuevo o está abierto a opciones usadas?
Piensa incluir el valor del montaje o armarlo usted mismo?

Más cara, recomendaría la AMD a no ser de que quiera cortar esquinas (bajar a un SSD SATA, o a un Core i3-8100).
 
A que resolución quieres jugar? es importantisimo, altas resoluciones inviertes mucho en una tarjeta y te ahorras mas en proces, 1080 te toca algo mas equilibrado con el procesador. Tambien importa si juegas cosas competitivas.
