i want to know how long you spent learning this language, so example i spent 2 years in a intensive course

Well, I took a course in the second half of 2003 and I finished it last year. I didn't take an intensive course because I didn't have enough time and that's why it took more time than expected. Anyway, I haven't finished my learning process yet, there's a lot of things left to learn in order to improve my English level.

I only had like 2 months ........................ :p cuz I had to learn it fast fast fast !!!!!!!

but what i think is that when u begin u will never end.................. ull learn more til u die

hey Oesoto, I never noticed it before, but how the Heck can u have 15.407 messgs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 lol guess u sleep by ur computer , right? :p

LOL. It's been a hard work but there's always some to do or something to say, that's why that post counter never stops :p

Some people say I'm the official bot of LANeros.com xD

I've been learning english for like 15 years now... so you may get an idea of my current level xD

So it tooks me like a year, but just reading and watching some porn movies hahahahha, just kidding, but it's not hard at all to learn english
see ya!!

i've been here in canada for 1 year....,, i'm studying college,,, and i think i'll never stop learning english,,,, a second language is not easy to catch,,, english has many accents and slangs...

although most of what I've learned has been all by myself, I've attended to a coulple of courses. The first one when I was in high school, it only lasted 4 months but i learned a lot of grammar. A month ago I had an interview which worked as a placement test, and i guess I must've done it pretty well, 'cause i was inmediatly sent to the advanced classes which are focused on spoken English, and I only have two months lef to get my diploma, so the interview helped to to skip most of the levels :D It's been great, I think these classes have really helped me to improve my listening and fluency skills. So summarizing I've studied English for 5 months, but of course that most of it is up to you and only by practicing everyday you can learn many things that aren't taught in classes and get your level improved.

It's a continuous process. You're not meant to stop learning, specially if you are in touch with the language. I've been self-learning (never been in an english school or the likes of) for, like, 20 odd years now, but I still got so many to learn.

i think you never stop learning english, the ideal is if you can have a partner for practice a lot

since 2001, without a english course, only with videos and music. I think that the english is learned with practice (although the english courses are a great help).

I spent so many years trying to learn english. 6 years in highschool, 4 years ot university :) .
But for me the best way of learning it was my beloved Videogames!!

Greetings
