Dear GGn members,
As many of you are aware, about four months ago GazelleGames staff came to the decision to close its doors for the sake of its members and staff, under the guise that we would not be returning. In reality, GGn staff have been spending that time working to improve our security, resolve site bugs and reorganize staff roles.
It is now with great pleasure that we can announce the return of your favorite gaming tracker. Whilst we have been back for two months now, we wanted to ease the volume of returning users by letting the news spread word-of-mouth before sending out the announcement en-mass. So, here we are, finally announcing our return to you!
To alleviate many of your concerns, this is not a "
new" or "
replacement" GGn; it is the same site you remember with all your data and statistics intact. Some new staff members have been brought in, and some old staffers are no longer around or as active, but we remain the same core group that brought GGn up to be the great place you know it to be.
All of your log-in, achievements and ratio stats remain the same, and our IRC channels are back and active if you need any assistance with your account. We've already finished one competition since we re-opened but there are more to come and we would like you to be a part of them!
