Xiaomi Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 / 4 Pro

Buenas,

Tengo un problema. Desde hace unos días estoy escuhando música o podcast, o utilizando Waze y el volumen se va automáticamente a 0. Esto pasa ocasionalmente y no parece obedecer a algún patrón.

Leí que podría ser alguna aplicación con permisos que esté jodiendo con el volumen. Ya he desinstalado varias (spotify, podcast addict, soundhound, tunein, etc.) y nada que desaparece el problema.

La vaina es que necesito el celular funcional pronto y no puedo hacer un reset por cuestiones de logística.

¿Alguien sabe que puede ser? ¿o como solucionarlo?
 
Tengo ya dos semanas con el teléfono, en terminos generales va bien, cumple lo prometido y las especificaciones.

Lo único es que la pantalla es demasiado sensible, al realizar o responder una llamada con el sólo contacto se activa la grabación de las llamadas o notas, es jarto eso, como lo solucionamos?
 
Buenos días a todos, me suscribo al foro, el 28 de febrero me hice a este equipo (reemplazo mi HTC One M7 que ya estaba viejito) y hasta el momento todo va ok, todo muy bueno.
Leí las últimas 2 páginas y hasta el momento no registro ninguno de los problemas que comentan.
Pregunta: aun no se si este equipo se pueda rootear o con Xiaomi esto no aplica?

Dejo acá el dato por si les llega a pasar.

Encontré 2 aplicaciones que me estaban jodiendo los permisos. Domicilios.com y Splarmify. Desinstaladas esas dos no volvió a joder el celular.
