Hola laneros, quiero pedirles ayuda sobre este pantallazo. Aparece de un momento a otro por unos cuantos segundos y se reinicio la pc. Ya me tiene mamado porque siempre veo videos, juego, hago algo en word o chateo y se apaga este aparato.

Eso pasa por varias cosas, una puede ser porque se retiran usb o dispositivos de almacenamiento cuando se esta escribiendo en ellos, Tambien puede pasar porque hay errores en el disco, entonces hay que usar alguna aplicacion que revise y corrija archivos corruptos en el disco duro, y tambien puede pasar porque hay drivers desactualizados que permiten que ocurran errores, revisa esos 3 puntos a ver si se te arregla.

lo de usb no, mira esto me sucede desde que compre la pc, ahora ultimo lo formatee para ver si se le quitaba y siguio la misma vaina.
Eso de errores en el disco estuve viendo una aplicacion la instale pero no me sirvió o no se ejecuto bien, sabes si el desfragmentador de disco sirve? y esa parte de los drivers nidea como las miro?.

Por ahora estoy usando el desfragmentador de disco a ver que me dice. Saludos y gracias por responderme.
 
chequea si has instalado harware ultimamente, mira que esten todos los drives en orden.
 
no amigo ya acabe de revisar todo y cada uno me dice que esta actualizado y funciona bien.
 
Vaya descartando posibles daños de Hardware:

Para el disco duro, use el programa HDTune. Pásele el "Error Scan" (No deben aparecer sectores en rojo) y mire si en "Health" hay alguna advertencia.

Para la memoria, utilice el MEMtest+ y haga un escaneo.

listo amigo, hice el de disco duro y no presento ninguna zona roja, y con el Memtest tuve problemas lo descargue pero el ese not no me lo dejaba abrir me lo borraba , bueno la cosa es que descargue otro programa MemTest solo y me dijo que no tenia ningun error. Que mas puedo hacer?
 
Revisa las conexiones de corriente y de datos de tu disco duro, prueba con otros cables o con otro disco duro si lo tienes a la mano.
Tambien puede pasar por fallas en la fuente de poder.

si amigo es una geforce gtx 460.
Con respecto a la guia de leer los errores de pantallazos azules evidentemente me tira errores de controladores o software pero no se hasta el mismo programa me dice que busque en google.

hummm no tengo otro disco duro a mano, la verdad casi no soy como bueno en eso me da como miedo esa vaina de desconectar y conectar esa parte de la fuente de poder. No conozco bien esos cables he escuchado que eso se divide cada uno por voltajes pero mmm nidea.
 
Mirando ese análisis, parecería que el problema es el sistema operativo. Está usando algún Windows modificado de esos que rondan en internet?

También, haga la prueba quitando la tarjeta de video y conectando el monitor directamente a la mainboard. Con esto descartamos si el problema es la tarjeta de video.
 
no sè amigo este windows 7 ultimate me lo prestaron , lo tiene un amigo dijo que lo habia comprado en el san andresito de aqui de Cali, pero igual el lo tiene instalado en su pc y no tiene el mismo problema mio. Pero mira que cuando lo compre también cuando se le instalo el windows al otro día de nuevo comenzó estos pantallazos, ahora en diciembre me dio por formatearlo y pensé que se había arreglado pero otra vez comenzó.
Voy a hacer la prueba a ver con la tarjeta de vídeo mañana a ver que tal, pero por ahora no se ha vuelto a apagar el día de hoy. Gracias por responderme

Por cierto, cómo le fue con lo de quitar la tarjeta de video y usarlo desde el puerto de la mainboard?

ups ese mensaje no lo vi, bueno de todas formas, si esta haciendo el formato con el mismo windows cambielo, por otra version, si persiste es muy seguro que tenga un fallo de hadware lo raro para mi es que no sea el dd, pero bueno si le esta dando mucha lata lo mejor es llevarlo donde gente especializada para que le encuentren el problema de hadware rapido
 
hola, bueno ayer le desconecte la de video un rato y hice la prueba no se apago, pero lo raro es que tampoco se ha vuelto a apagar en 1 dia sin quitarle la de video. Voy a esperar porque asi fue la otra vez se calmo unos 2 dias y vuelve con lo mismo si algo les aviso.
