Ya me despacharon el mio. la fecha inicial de entrega era del 1 al 6 de octubre pero según UPS debería llegar a donde mi amigo el martes.
ps. En la página de apple todavía sale preparing for shipment pero en los foros de macrumors.com explican como ver si ya lo despacharon desde ups.com

donde dice shipment reference escriba el numero de teléfono de EEUU con que asoció la tarjeta de crédito o escriba el número de compra de apple (Wxxxxxxxxx) y le borra los 2 últimos números, destination country busque United States y en Destination ZIP/Postal Code: escribe el código a donde le envía el código.
Allí le da buscar y le sale el tracking. El mío lo entregan el martes.

Okay, awesome. So the iPhone Contract Free model for T Mobile is able to be used on T Mobile here in the US, but is able to be used internationally automatically by just taking out the nano-SIM and replacing it with one from the GSM carrier you're wanting to use, worldwide!

Just to wrap everything up so everyone doesn't have to read the whole thread through:
The T-Mobile version sold through Apple Retail or Online Store is Unlocked. Period.
It differs from the version (they call sim-free/unlocked) as the T-Mobile version comes with a T-Mobile sim already inserted in the phone and it does NOT include the small metal ejector tool. But apart from the included sim and non-included ejector tool, the T-Mobile version from Apple Retail and Online Store is unlocked!
The T-Mobile version through T-Mobile is NOT unlocked, but can be unlocked later if you use the phone for 40 days and charge the account with a minimum of 100 USD.
Hope that clears any misunderstandings.

Después de una reunión en Apple y UPS discutiendo que por qué los iPhone de @Cilian iban a llegar primero que el mío, cuando yo lo preordené horas antes, me adelantaron la fecha de entrega de mi iPhone 6 plus a este lunes. jajajajaj

Eso de las fechas de entrega tan lejanas es hasta estrategia por parte de Apple para que la gente corra a separar el suyo.
Pura estrategia de marketing, con eso convencen a la gente para que preordene rápido el suyo. Ellos saben q van a vender millones, así que esa excusa todos los años de la falta de stock ya esta muy trillada.

Hola, el mio ya lo entregaron en el casillero de 4-72, ya me cobraron y espero lo envien hoy (4-72 despacha todos los dias), por ahí el miércoles estimo tenerlo en Medellin
Por otro lado mi papa compro 2 mas, y resulta que le decía fecha de entrega del 1 al 9 de octubre, pero hoy le despacharon al casillero!
La mala noticia, es que le despacharon DESDE CHINA! según UPs, entregan el 30 de septiembre en el casillero jajjaja
